The AMP Education Foundation traces its roots back to the inception of AMP Music LLC, which was founded in 2015 under the registered trade name AMP Music Lab. Established as a for-profit entity, AMP Music Lab embarked on a mission to revolutionize education by infusing arts and STEM disciplines. Recognizing the pivotal role of creativity and technology in the educational landscape, the organization evolved over time.
In January 2024, building on the success and insights gained through AMP Music Lab, the founders expanded their vision and established the AMP Education Foundation as a non-profit entity. This strategic transition from for-profit to non-profit reflects a heightened commitment to the community’s educational needs and a desire to encourage students to pursue STEM careers through innovative intersections with creative arts and technology programs.
